This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that SavaNet LLC ("SavaNet") collects through the SavaNet website, web applications, Excel Add-in, and MCP/APIs (together, the "Services"). These SavaNet applications are primarily read-only, but some information about the user is saved to enable authentication and usage tracking. Upon user request, user-generated financial data may also be saved to the SavaNet system. All use of SavaNet's Services is subject to the SavaNet Terms of Service, which can be found at www.savanet.com.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.

SavaNet may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing a revised version at www.savanet.com. This version is effective from February 25, 2026.

Information we collect

We collect information from you directly and from the devices you use to interact with our Services. The personal data we collect varies based on the Services you use. We may use and share information that we aggregate (compile into statistics that cannot identify a particular individual) or de-identify (strip of all unique identifiers) at our discretion.

• Device information, including IP address, device identifiers, and details about your web browser and productivity software
• The Add-In may store limited information locally on your device, such as authentication tokens and user subscription entitlements, to maintain your session and improve performance.
• Analytical information, including details about your interaction with our applications and website
• Diagnostic information, including web traffic logs
• Business record information, including records of your purchases of products and services

Information you provide to us

We collect your name and login account credentials for the following purposes:

• Validating your account against usage levels and entitlements
• User type and usage level record keeping
• Sending you periodic promotional emails about new products or special offers, limited to no more than four emails per year
• Customizing the web application according to your interests

Information we do not collect

We do not collect the contents of your spreadsheets, workbooks, or any personal financial data you may have in Excel unless you specifically request to save this data to SavaNet using the Add-In functionality. The Add-In functions transmit only the specific parameters included in function calls (such as company identifiers and data measure names) to our servers in order to return the requested financial data. We do not collect payment or billing information directly; any payment processing is handled separately.

What we do with the information we gather

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Service functionality: To provide you with our products and Services, including processing payments, fulfilling orders, sending service communications (such as renewal reminders), and conducting general business operations such as accounting and recordkeeping.

Service improvement: We may use usage data and traffic logs internally to analyze how our Services are used and to improve functionality, performance, and the user experience.

Personalization: We may use cookies and stored preferences to tailor our web applications to your interests and usage patterns.

Security: To protect and secure our Services, network, and business operations, and to detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be fraudulent or illegal.

Marketing: To send you occasional marketing communications about our Services. You may opt out of these at any time (see "Your Rights and How to Contact Us" below).

Legal compliance: To comply with applicable legal requirements, including warrants, subpoenas, court orders, and lawful regulatory or law enforcement requests.

How we might share the information we gather

SavaNet does not sell personal information to third parties. We may share information we collect only with the following recipients or under the following circumstances:

• Data vendors: We license data from third-party vendors, and they may require limited information about our users under our agreements with them. We restrict vendors from using this information for any purpose unrelated to our engagement.
• Government entities/Law enforcement: We may share information when we believe in good faith that we are lawfully required to do so in response to subpoenas, warrants, court orders, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect our property or rights or the safety of our employees, customers, or other individuals.
• Other businesses in the context of a commercial transaction: We may transfer some or all information about you in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction. In such an event, we will notify you of any material changes to the handling of your personal information.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Other important information

• Data retention: We store information about you for as long as we have a legitimate business need for it. We may also store information about you on behalf of an Account Holder to whom we provide Services.
• Cross-border data transfer: Our Services are primarily intended for users in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
• Children's data: The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from anyone younger than 18, we will delete that information. Please contact us with any concerns.

Your Rights and How to Contact Us

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to request information about the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the parties with whom we share it. We do not provide deletion rights for business-to-business information. SavaNet does not sell personal information to third parties.

• Your account: Visit your account page within the application to update your account information.
• Email unsubscribe: Click the "Unsubscribe" link in any promotional email, or contact us directly.
• Cookies: You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect some Service functionality.
• Corrections or deletion requests: Email us at support@savanet.com.

If you are a California resident, you may authorize an agent to make requests on your behalf. We will verify your identity before responding to any request. If we are unable to fully comply with a request, we will explain our reasons.
